Here are my seven tips 1) Eat only the amount of food that is equivalent to your clenched fist 2) Put your fork down every 5 seconds and take a deep breathe 3) Say to your self. Every day in every way, my appetite for food decreases and for living a healthy life increases 4) Turn off the television when you eat 5) Whenever you are in a stressed state. Ask yourself "It is not about the food. What is it that I really want?" 6) Meditate every day for thirty minutes 7) Whenever you are making a decision, listen to your body. You can feel the answer.
