Do you have an emotional eating problem?

So how do you know that you’re eating for emotional reasons, anyway? See if these patterns fit you:
1)    You diet repeatedly and initially might have some success, but you always gain the weight back.
2)    You feel deprived on diets, and you’re upset that you constantly think about food.
3)    Your eating is unpredictable, haphazard. You grab whatever’s around wherever you are.
4)    You hide food. Then you eat it alone and secretly.
5)    You’re ashamed of your eating habits.
6)    You feel disconnected from your body. You may have forgotten what physical hunger actually feels like.
Yes? Even just one of them? Then let me suggest this to you:
You eat emotionally to fill a void, to relieve a numbness in your heart and soul that is the result of unresolved negative emotions from the past.

Forget Diets, Plant Tomatoes - a metaphoric, hypnotic journey to stop emotional eating

OK so, I wrote my book. Now I have to figure out the blog. The book's title is different
than the book, as I thought with search engines, that I would probably get the tomato growers.

My book can be seen on Preview at Amazon at

https://www.createspace.com/Preview/1071573

It is a self help book!
Diets do not work because they do not address the causes of emotional eating.
This book is about my client's stories and what I have learned.
Now what can I learn from you???
